高素质教师队伍是大学的核心竞争力，是提高高等教育质量的关键。目前高校人才招聘工作面对越来越复杂的情况和越来越高的要求，传统的信息处理方法和手段已不能满足招聘工作的现实需要，而现有的高校人才招聘系统软件又缺乏针对性。
本论文针对上述问题，以高校教师在线招聘系统的研发为背景，以当前系统网络招聘�？槲诵�，着力研发适合高校网络招聘的，具有实用性的管理信息系统。运用信息管理系统开发技术，利用系统整合架构设计并实现基于 B/S 架构的高校教师网络招聘管理信息系统，该系统与其它招聘系统的区别在于系统设计时分子功能�？榧芄�，具有非常好的扩展性和集成性，可以为未来进一步开发奠定良好的基础。该系统的研究和实现，可以减少高校人才招聘工作中相关工作人员的工作量，提高工作效率，同时可以大大缩短应聘者的应聘流程等。主要内容如下：
1．分析当前高校人事招聘的难点和不足，深入了解人事招聘的各个流程，结合成都大学人事管理实际情况，提出基于 B/S 架构的高校人事招聘管理系统模型。
2．根据当前学校的人事管理特点，尤其是人事招聘管理的相关特性，为本系统的开发提供更多的数据参数，然后结合人事管理的实际提出系统需求分析、数据流�？樯杓�、可行性分析以及最终设计目标，最后确定系统所应用的 ASP 技术和 ADO.NET 数据库访问技术。
3．充分学习当前比较流行的系统开发软件 ASP 技术和 SQL Server 数据库管理软件，对系统的数据模型做深入分析，对各个功能�？榻心谠诠叵捣治龊脱刑�，最后完成系统的设计工作，实现在线招聘信息的发布（包括岗位信息，职位要求等）；在线审核系统（包括分学院和部门的领导登录系统和审核等）；登录系统的管理员角色分配等。
4．系统在提交实施之前，完成大量的数据测试，保证系统的运行可靠性。

ABSTRACT
High - qualified teacher team is an important part for universities, and the key to improve the instruction quality of higher education. Nowadays, the situation faced by recruitment in the universities is becoming increasingly complicated. The traditional information processing method can't satisfy the practical need of recruitment. Meanwhile, the recruitment software isn’t targeted.
Aiming at this problem, this paper, with the background of university teachers’ online recruitment system development and the core of modules in the current online recruitment, is devoted to invent the management information system which is practical and suitable for online recruitment in the universities. Applying the development technology of information management system, university teachers’ online recruitment management information system based on the combination of B/S and motility is designed and realized with the help of the integrating architecture. The difference between this system and the others lies in the function module. The features of this system include extensibility and integration. It can lay a good foundation for further development. The study and implementation of this system greatly decrease the workload of the staff working for talent recruitment in the universities, improve efficiency and significantly shorten employ procedure of the interviewees, etc.
This system has finished the following work during the development:
1.Have analyzed the intricacies and disadvantages of the current personnel recruitment, gained further insight into every process and put forward feasible management system of the personnel recruitment based on B/S model according to the actual situations of personnel management in Chengdu University；
2. Have provided more data for the development of this system, combining with personnel management of Chengdu University (particularly the interrelated characteristic of it). With HR practices, the system requirement analysis, the data stream module design, the feasibility analysis and the ultimate design objective are put forward. Finally, the methods used by the system—ASP and ADO.NET are fixed.
3. Have fully emulated the popular system development software “ASP” and database management software “SQL Server”, made a detailed analysis of data model of the system, looked into the internal relationship of various modules and finally completed system designer performance. Thus, the publication of online recruitment information (involving position information, position requirements, etc), the online review system (involving the heads of the colleges and departments log on, check, etc.), the role assignation of supervisor who logs on the system and the like are realized.
4．Have finished a large quantity of data test before implement in order to promise operation reliability.

高素质教师队伍是大学的核心竞争力，是提高高等教育质量的关键。我国高等教育现已从精英教育跨入大众教育阶段，高校之间的竞争也越来越激烈，各个高校通过对其师资队伍和结构进行优化，以此来不断适应教育形势的发展要求[1]
。
高校招聘高层次人才，汇聚高水平的师资是学校发展的战略任务。本论文以成都大学为例，深入探讨高校教师招聘系统设计的重要意义。
成大在已经实施完成的“双百”工程计划中，引进了近百名教授和博士，现正着手实施“1315”工程，将进一步加大人才引进工作力度，人才招聘工作将面临越来越复杂的情况和越来越高的要求。以往的教师招聘一般采用在第三方网络平台发布招聘信息的方式招聘，无法对应聘者信息等及时进行统计分析、汇总和处理。传统的信息处理方式已不适应现实的需要。
而目前已有的高校人才招聘系统软件又缺乏针对性，基于此，本人结合高校人事管理工作经验，利用系统整合架构设计并实现了一套基于 B/S 和移动性相结合的高校教师网络招聘管理系统。
在本论文中，在对当前招聘流程进行详细梳理的基础上，提出适合成都大学的招聘管理系统模型，在充分调研各用人部门的详细情况后，运用当前比较成熟的软件开发技术对其进行研究和开发，最后使用相关的测试技术对其进行测试改进。
现在各高校都希望通过高效率、低成本的招聘来引进更多的人才充实一线教师队伍，卓有成效的招聘工作为高校师资队伍输送了大量新鲜血液。但很多高校在开展招聘的过程中，往往会出现这样或那样的问题，影响到招聘工作的实际效果。
目前高校的教师招聘工作，大体都通过“发布招聘信息→招聘→考试（考核）→录用”这样一个程序来进行，但因各高校的具体情况不同，教师招聘工作没有一个统一的标准和规范，程序环节设计上随意性还是比较大。在高校教师招聘的很多操作环节上，都或多或少地存在不规范的现象。比如，在招聘程序的设计上，高校往往缺乏一个完整的、系统的招聘流程，主要关注点更多地放在了笔试和面试方面，其他环节，如心理测试往往没有放在考查范围内。另外，在招聘相关数据的统计、汇总分析等方面也存在问题，一次招聘结束后，应该对相关数据进行统计、分析和总结，及时发现招聘中有利因素和不利因素，以便在今后的招聘中扬长避短，充分发挥招聘的功能。但是，目前在高校教师招聘中，往往没做汇总统计、分析总结。
